On August 26th, 2014, the Canadian Pacific Lawn Bowling Club played host to the first annual “Great Gatsbowl” a Tour de Rock – Cops for Cancer fundraiser.
16 teams of four participants enjoyed cocktails, appetizers and a warm summer evening of lawn bowling on our green in historic Cridge Park.
Members of our club donated many hours of time to help make this event a success. Over $5000.00 was raised in support of media riders in this year’s Tour de Rock. Visit the 2014 Great Gatsbowl Facebook page to see photos and learn more about this event.
