Membership Application or Renewal Form

CANADIAN PACIFIC LAWN BOWLING AND CROQUET CLUB

  • All fields marked with an asterisk * must be answered or the form will not submit.


  • A FULL membership entitles you to full green and clubhouse activities.
    A SOCIAL membership entitles you to all club activities except bowling and croquet.

    Answer both questions below: full/social and renewal/new.

  • BOWLS BC INFORMATION

    The club reports certain member information to Bowls BC and Bowls Canada for administrative and statistical purposes.
  • For those applicants who are a members of more than one club, please designate which club will be your Home Club.

  • New players select "Club"
    To be a club coach you must have completed a coaching workshop, sponsored by Bowls BC or similar body. To be a competition coach you must have completed the necessary training, been certified as a coach, and also active in the past five years.

  • VOLUNTEERING

  • CPLBCC is operated entirely by volunteers. All full members are asked to volunteer for at least one activity or committee listed below. A description of the various volunteer activities can be found on the Volunteering page.

  • FEE PAYMENT

  • Pick the category that applies to you from the choices below.
  • You have the option of paying your fees either online via Interac e-Transfer or by cheque. Select your method of payment from the drop down list below.
  • Cheque should be made out to either CPLBCC or Canadian Pacific Lawn Bowling and Croquet Club.

    If mailing the cheque, address the envelope to: Canadian Pacific Lawn Bowling and Croquet Club, 720 Belleville St, Victoria, BC V8W 1A3 Attn: Treasurer

    If bringing the cheque to the club, please mark the envelope "Attn: Treasurer".
  • To send an Interac e-Transfer, follow these easy steps.

        1. Log in to your financial institution's online banking and navigate to Interac e-Transfer Send Money.
        2. Select the account you would like funds transferred from.
        3. Add CPLBCC as a contact and enter our treasurer's email address - cplbc.funds@gmail.com
        4. Type in the specified amount you are sending, as well as your full name.
        5. You should get a confirmation email that your money has been successfully transferred shortly after sending the transfer.

    *CPLBCC now has Autodeposit; it is no longer necessary to send the answer to your security question to cplbc.funds@gmail.com.
  • Immediately after completing this form, please complete the online banking payment or make out the cheque to the club.

  • Before submitting this form, type your name in the box above to signify that the information you have supplied on this form is complete and correct, including the consent to the use of your personal information.

  • Click the green SUBMIT button below to submit your completed form.

    If you have done this correctly, you should receive an immediate confirmation message saying that your membership request has been received . If you do not receive this message then you have NOT successfully submitted your membership application/ renewal. If there is a problem with your submission, you will see an error message at the top of the form. Check to see which fields on the form you have not completed, fill in the missing information and click the SUBMIT button again.
